By accessing and using SwychSpace (swychspace.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on SwychSpace are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices and product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement are final.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We accept payments through JazzCash (Debit/Credit Card and Mobile Account) and Easypaisa. All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within Pakistan. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Warranty
All SwychSpace keyboards come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SwychSpace, including logos, product images, text, and design, is the property of SwychSpace and OCEANNET (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwychSpace and OCEANNET (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
